A French Louis XV style ormolu-mounted and veneer parquetry inlaid commode a vantaux after the model designed by the Slodtz brothers and executed by Antoine Gaudreaux, circa 1890 with a serpentine veined marble top above a pair of doors each centered by an oval medallion with mythological figures, within a foliate and ribbon-tied surround, the sides with an oval medallion, on scrolled ram-headed ormolu sabots cabriole legs.
