I make a lot of quick portraits of people arround me in my sketchbooks and I make a lot of the same person, when he/ she is really important for me. So I made a lot of doodles of Elian Chali, an artist and friend I admire.
But he didnt liked any of this quick portraits. So the last time I saw him in Ragusa Italy, where he painted a huge skatepark, he told me: Come on man. Why dont you paint me a good portrait? So, when I arrived to my home I download all my last pictures of him and paint this one. For sure not the last portrait of him.
